When I requested an estimate, Next Level Caulking replied literally within minutes. The next day they sent us a detailed quote. This made a very positive first impression!
Our strata chose them for the job, and now, that it's been completed, I see that it was indeed a good decision!
Their team did the work quickly and professionally, using premium construction-grade materials and equipment.
I could immediately see the high level of quality. The caulking they installed looks better than what we had when the complex was brand new!…Gregory from Google.
We used next level to seal the exterior joint, Leo was prompt in coming out taking a look and providing an estimate. He did the job in a timely fashion, taking care to respect the property. Product used was high quality sealant and the job professional. Thanks!…Roopjeet from Google.
Next Level Caulking was recommended to us by a friend who is also a Contractor and said that they had done an amazing job caulking the windows and doors in a Retail Store they had just renovated as well as Fire Stopping the HVAC… Nick from Google
The finished look is artistically and seamlessly color-matched to my exterior paint. It is also structurally waterproof and pest controlled. Needless to say, my mom and I are super impressed. I intend on rehiring them for my future home maintenance and restoration projects. I highly recommend them to anyone who is seriously looking to hire professional caulkers who stand by their amazing craftsmanship and workmanship. Essie from Yelp
I finally asked them to do more jobs including seal all the windows and change flashing etc. I am very pleased with the work done and the professionalism and courtesy. Now the house looks better and more importantly it will save energy during winter. Thanks to Next Level Caulking. I can be on ease now. I will definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. Lindsay from Google Reviews
Great quality and great price. The biggest seller for me is that I don't have to chase them around, they are always attentive. Roman from Google Reviews
Very nice, respectful, fairly priced and amazing finished product. Very highly recommend Next Level Caulking. Keep up the great work! William from Google Reviews
Leo is very professional. We had some very poor work done by another contractor who would not repair any of his work. The damage was quite substantial with water seeping into the garage causing extensive damage. Leo came to look and it really was guess work at the start to determine how to repair the damage. He came out on several occasions until it was finally fixed. This was not his problem but when he agreed to repair he didn't stop until he figured it out. We really appreciate his work ethic and would highly recommend him!

My wife and I had Next Level Caulking do several projects over the years. Each project consisted of caulking work around the kitchen, bathrooms, windows and sliding patio doors. Each job was done really well. No excess caulking, no run-offs... just straight lines of caulk. Each project was done on time and on budget... would use him again and would recommend him to family and friends. We have already used his services twice. ~Jimmy (HomeStars)
We had some horrible and the wrong colour caulking in our washroom. Leo came in and fixed it all up for us. We understand this was a smaller scale job than he does compared to his condo contracts so we appreciate his time.~Mary(HomeStars)
I needed to have my bathtub, sink, and toilet re-caulked as the old caulking was getting mouldy. Leo was on time and completed each job in a timely manner. He had great attention to detail and made sure the quality of work was well exceeded. After the work was completed, Leo made sure the bathroom was spotless. He was very kind and courteous and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to family and friends. ~ Kim (TrustedPros)
